Engineered for continuous reciprocating motion, stable industrial data transmission and dependable EMI protection in robots, CNC equipment, automated lines and moving monitoring systems.

This high-flex industrial Ethernet cable family is designed for repeated drag-chain movement. Fine-stranded oxygen-free copper conductors and HDPE insulation help maintain electrical stability, while pair-twisted cores support reliable data transmission during continuous motion.
The illustrated shielded PVC construction combines an aluminum-foil layer, high-coverage tinned-copper braid and elastic double jacket. Shielded, unshielded, PVC and PUR configurations are available for Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat7 requirements.
Every layer is selected to protect signal integrity and mechanical life inside demanding industrial drag-chain systems.
High-flex conductor stranding and elastic jacket materials withstand frequent reciprocating movement under specified test conditions.
Aluminum foil plus tinned-copper braid delivers ≥92% braid coverage for strong resistance to electromagnetic interference.
Special elastic PVC resists oil, bending, abrasion and tensile stress. PUR jacket options are available for more demanding environments.
Color-coded HDPE-insulated cores are precisely pair twisted and cabled to preserve transmission consistency during movement.
