What is the rated voltage of this cable?
Both the PVC and modified TPE versions have a rated voltage of 450/750V.
What is the difference between PVC and TPE?
The PVC version uses PVC core insulation and a flexible PVC outer jacket. The TPE version uses modified TPE core insulation and a modified TPE outer jacket, providing a wider low-temperature operating range and improved oil resistance.
What are the operating temperatures?
The PVC version operates from approximately −30°C to +105°C. The modified TPE version operates from approximately −40°C to +125°C.
What conductor material is used?
Both versions use flexible fine-stranded oxygen-free copper conductors.
Does the cable have metal shielding?
No. The standard PVC and TPE versions are unshielded and do not contain aluminum-foil or metal-braid shielding.
Is the wrapping layer a shield?
No. PP tape, nonwoven fabric and filler cords are used for cable forming and structural stability. They are not electromagnetic shielding materials.
Is the TPE cable oil resistant?
Yes. According to the supplied product information, the modified TPE material is suitable for prolonged oil exposure, and the test sample remained flexible after a 30-day oil-immersion test.
What conductor configurations are available?
Available configurations include three or five main power conductors, with optional one or two 0.75 mm² control conductors. Please refer to the specification tables for standard options.
